My Daughter has been bugging me since Christmas to make her one of my denim shoulder bags. I have this very pretty pink and purple fabric with castles and wands and things all over just for her. The jeans part came from a pair of her brothers old jeans that he had worn a hole in the knee of.
With a fat quarter you can cut two pieces 8x10, two strips of 4x22, and have enough left over for the outside pocket and even an inside one too.
