Friendly Fleeces

I took some fleece with me to Colorado.....

.....so I could make some no-sew blankets for the family while I was there.

Colorado Trip - 2014

My Daughter and I went to visit friends in Colorado in July 2014. It was only a few days after our cat Tex had passed away so although it was great to see them, it was so soon after that I was probably not the best company. The trip had been prearranged and my daughter was looking forward to seeing her best friend, I couldn't let her down. 

On the plus side my wonderful friend took me to the Rocky Mountain Quilt Museum in Golden, Colorado to see some beautiful quilts on display there. It was a lovely exhibition that is constantly changing which means that I cant wait to go back and see what they have there next.
